ABOUT US The Carroll County Learning Center was incorporated in 1974 by a group of concerned individuals and business owners in Carroll County who knew the need for quality services for persons with disabilities was needed and after forming the non-profit, began operation in the basement of the local Methodist Church. What began with just a few students and two staff persons has now grown to over 65 employees and services to more than 200 individuals. The Learning Center is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals, birth to adults, with developmental disabilities in Carroll and Madison counties.
